• the return is requested within 14 days of the delivery date and the item was not on sale or on special offer at the time of purchase.

Once received, our dedicated team will carefully inspect the returned product(s) to ensure that it meets our return criteria, and we will promptly process your refund upon confirmation.

When your return has been approved, we aim to complete your refund within 3-5 days.
